Astrofill 4000 is a purpose built, high speed, semi automatic filling machine for the Astrapouch. We manufacture the entire filler in house, so we can offer this filler for half the price of comparable BIB fillers. EZ-line tooling design allows for quick and easy filler alignment that rarely needs adjustments. Easy-insert spout latch mechanism means fast bag loading. 360 degree spout latch support provides for superior re-cap integrity.
End of cycle nitrogen purge removes 99% trace oxygen and “puffs” the pouch for drip free re-capping. Flow meter control holds fill volumes to a very repeatable plus or minus 1/2% percent of set point. Change part kits allow the Astrofill to switch between Astrapouch filling and your favorite BIB bag in minutes.
